Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Murekka, an iOS app for creating aesthetic photo edits with handwritten notes, doodles, and story-like details.

Using Murekka

You are responsible for the photos and text prompts you submit. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and do not use Murekka to create illegal, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.

Generated Content

Murekka uses AI services to transform photos based on your request. Results may vary, may contain mistakes, and may not always match your exact prompt. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before saving, sharing, or publishing them.

Subscriptions

Premium access may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Apple Terms

If you downloaded Murekka from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the backend, scrape the service, reverse engineer private API behavior, or use automated requests outside normal app usage. Murekka may limit or block requests that appear abusive or harmful.

Ownership

You keep your rights in photos you upload. Murekka and its licensors keep ownership of the app, software, branding, and service technology. Subject to these terms and the rights of others, you may use generated images for personal sharing and creative use.

Service Availability

Murekka may change, pause, or discontinue features. The service depends on third-party providers such as Apple, RevenueCat, backend hosting, and AI generation services, so availability can be affected by those providers.

Murekka is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Murekka disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
